因此為了輸出電壓誤差,反饋電阻的取值應(yīng)該很大。由于3V工作電壓時(shí),MAX4544的導(dǎo)通電阻僅為120Ω,因此開關(guān)MAX4544引入的誤差電壓很小,即使低輸出電壓也是如此。當(dāng)使能升壓變換器,且其輸出電壓超過MAX810的復(fù)位門檻電平并經(jīng)過復(fù)位后,MAX810的輸出將由高變低,使Q1導(dǎo)通,連通負(fù)載。同時(shí),MAX810輸出的低電平使MAX4544的COM端與NC端(常閉端)接通,使得反饋電阻由Q1的源極切換至Q1的漏極,從而允許從遠(yuǎn)離變換器的負(fù)載端對輸出電行調(diào)節(jié)。上述MAX4544的開關(guān)也把MAX810的輸入端從Q1的源極切換到Q1的漏極,這樣一來,MAX810可以用來監(jiān)測負(fù)載是否過載。靖安縣批發(fā)LV-HLS2-540-RD批發(fā)商中山朗立電氣

智能軟啟動器利用三對晶閘管的電子開關(guān)特性,通過啟動器中的微處理器,控制其觸發(fā)脈沖的遲早來改變觸發(fā)角的大小,而晶閘管觸發(fā)角的大小,又可改變晶閘管的導(dǎo)通時(shí)間,從而終改變加到定子繞組的三相電壓的大小。異步電動機(jī)定子調(diào)壓的特點(diǎn)是,電動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩近似與定子電壓的二次方成正比,電動機(jī)的電流和定子電壓成正比,因此,電動機(jī)的啟動轉(zhuǎn)矩和初始電流的可以通過定子電壓的控制來實(shí)現(xiàn)。而電動機(jī)定子電壓又是通過晶閘管的導(dǎo)通角來控制的,所以不同的初始相角可實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的端電壓,以不同的負(fù)載啟動特性。在電動機(jī)啟動中,晶閘管的導(dǎo)通角逐漸增大,晶閘管的輸出電壓也逐漸,電動機(jī)從零開始加速,直到晶閘管全導(dǎo)通,啟動完成,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)電動機(jī)的無級啟動。靖安縣批發(fā)LV-HLS2-540-RD批發(fā)商中山朗立電氣
