1、博特閥門產(chǎn)品質(zhì)保期為自出廠日起保證12個(gè)月,實(shí)行“三包”服務(wù)(包退、包換、包修)。

2、產(chǎn)品在使用中我廠定期組織技術(shù)、維修人員進(jìn)行訪問,證詢用戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、使用狀況、改進(jìn)意見等方面的反饋,以使進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

3、對(duì)用戶投訴質(zhì)量問題,快速作出反應(yīng),售后服務(wù)人員在24-48小時(shí)(外省72小時(shí)內(nèi))到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
