指示鏈路狀態(tài)、活動(dòng)、雙工和速度端口的LED(每個(gè)LED有兩種顏色)和電源狀態(tài)指示燈壓力傳感器是由壓力接口、壓力敏感元件以及信號(hào)輸出三部分組成,壓力接口為金屬部件,壓力敏感元件主要由壓力敏感電橋、燒結(jié)管殼、填充陶瓷、金屬膜片、焊環(huán)五部分組成,信號(hào)輸出部分由引出信號(hào)輸出線(xiàn)和PCB電路板組成。表壓壓力傳感器主要由壓力敏感器件(芯體)、轉(zhuǎn)換元件(信號(hào)處理電路)、壓力接口及封裝(機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及接插件)3 部分組成。壓力敏感器件是傳感器的核心功能元件,由硅基力敏敏感芯片、金屬隔離膜片、保護(hù)液體,金屬部件等組成。
轉(zhuǎn)換元件(信號(hào)處理電路)包括補(bǔ)償電路、放大電路、濾波電路等組成。硅基力敏敏感芯片把測(cè)量壓力信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓信號(hào)(mV 級(jí)),再經(jīng)過(guò)補(bǔ)償和放大,使傳感器輸出調(diào)整到規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范信號(hào)0.5 ~ 5 V。
1.2 防水透氣材料的原理
一般的防水透氣材料由高分子防水透氣薄膜和阻燃布復(fù)合而成。高分子防水透氣薄膜內(nèi)有微小的孔隙,孔的直徑為零點(diǎn)幾到幾十μm。雨水水珠直徑的平均值如表1所示。從表1 中看出,高分子防水薄膜的孔隙直徑比水滴直徑小很多,甚至不到水滴直徑的千分之一,所以在常溫狀態(tài)下,水以液態(tài)形式存在時(shí),是不可能通過(guò)防水透氣材料進(jìn)入傳感器內(nèi)部的,而空氣分子的直徑比防水透氣材料的孔隙直徑小很多,可以透過(guò),基于此該種材料就能達(dá)到防水透氣的目的。1.3 防水透氣材料的選擇
防水透氣材料主要分為以下四大類(lèi):高密織物、層壓織物、涂層織物和膨化織物。
本文探討的傳感器用防水透氣材料是由聚四氟乙烯薄膜膨化拉伸擴(kuò)展而成的,被拉伸的聚四氟乙烯膜在三維方向均形成了網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。優(yōu)異拉伸技術(shù)能夠使微孔直徑保持在0.3 ~ 1.2 μm,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于水珠直徑,阻水性能優(yōu)異,最小輕霧也不能通過(guò);同時(shí)微孔直徑又遠(yuǎn)大于氣體分子;所以該種材料具備防水功能的同時(shí),也能允許氣體分子輕松通過(guò);材料使用溫度范圍為(-55 ~ 200)℃,可滿(mǎn)足大部分壓力傳感器的工作溫度要求。
1.4 防水透氣材料在表壓傳感器上的應(yīng)用
1.4.1 傳感器通氣結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)表壓傳感器的密封防護(hù)和防水性的要求,綜合各方面考慮在傳感器外殼上端設(shè)計(jì)了安裝防水透氣組件的通氣孔,以此來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)傳感器的通氣和防水功能。圖3 為傳感器通氣結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖。
與防水透氣組件對(duì)接的螺紋接口處使用密封圈密封,從而保證傳感器與外界環(huán)境的連通,通過(guò)組件可以隔絕水分進(jìn)入傳感器內(nèi)部,達(dá)到透氣防水的目的。為了保證防水和防振動(dòng)的效果,在螺紋處涂抹少量螺紋保護(hù)膠。1.4.2 防水透氣組件設(shè)計(jì)
防水透氣組件選擇金屬材料,通過(guò)螺紋連接方式安裝到傳感器的合適位置,同時(shí)應(yīng)考慮工作溫度、環(huán)境濕度、防水要求和沖擊、振動(dòng)等環(huán)境適應(yīng)性要求。
防水透氣組件內(nèi)部為通孔設(shè)計(jì),使得組件與外界環(huán)境相通,將聚四氟乙烯膨化材料填充在組件內(nèi)部,四周壓緊,防止水分從聚四氟乙烯膨化材料與組件安裝面進(jìn)入,組件采用螺紋機(jī)械接口,可以設(shè)計(jì)成M3/M4 等直徑較小螺紋,為后續(xù)組件安裝預(yù)留足夠安裝空間,組件如下圖所示。2 實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證
2.1 透氣實(shí)驗(yàn)
表壓傳感器是通過(guò)感受測(cè)試介質(zhì)和大氣壓力差值輸出差分的信號(hào)。若傳感器透氣性不好,使傳感器內(nèi)外存在明顯壓差,將導(dǎo)致傳感器在不同的海拔高度下測(cè)試輸出有明顯差異。
通過(guò)低氣壓試驗(yàn)箱進(jìn)行透氣性試驗(yàn),在海平面和海拔7 620m 高度下分別進(jìn)行傳感器性能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果及對(duì)比結(jié)果見(jiàn)表1。結(jié)果表明從海平面到海拔7 620m傳感器輸出信號(hào)變化較小。說(shuō)明在從海平面到高海拔過(guò)程中,傳感器內(nèi)部氣體的大氣壓力也隨著海拔高度的升高而發(fā)生改變,只有當(dāng)傳感器內(nèi)部氣體壓力與外界環(huán)境氣體壓力相等時(shí),才能使得傳感器的表壓輸出信號(hào)不發(fā)生改變。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明海拔高度升高過(guò)程,傳感器內(nèi)部氣體可自由出入傳感器,因此可證明材料透氣性良好。2.2 防水實(shí)驗(yàn)
能否隔絕雨水沖擊是該類(lèi)型傳感器的重要指標(biāo),因此采用IP67 淋雨試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其防水性能。
將表壓傳感器放入噴淋試驗(yàn)箱,然后以450 L/H 噴水量進(jìn)行噴淋試驗(yàn),0.5 h 后取出傳感器進(jìn)行測(cè)試。試驗(yàn)后,測(cè)試傳感器性能,結(jié)果與噴淋實(shí)驗(yàn)前輸出數(shù)據(jù)基本吻合。用絕緣電阻測(cè)試儀測(cè)試傳感器的絕緣電阻為890 MΩ,絕緣性能良好。根據(jù)以上測(cè)試結(jié)果,說(shuō)明在噴淋過(guò)程中和噴淋之后,水未進(jìn)入傳感器,因此可證明材料的防水性能良好3 傳感器可靠性設(shè)計(jì)
傳感器的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)是傳感器性能的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。選擇合適的防水透氣組件所要做的并不單單是從防水透氣閥的目錄中選擇一個(gè)產(chǎn)品,而是需要綜合考慮產(chǎn)品的材料、尺寸、膜的開(kāi)孔率、厚度、孔徑等多種因素。因此應(yīng)根據(jù)具體的傳感器要求(如最大透氣量、防護(hù)等級(jí)、工作溫度、外殼的尺寸等)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)制造。
傳感器的防護(hù)等級(jí)(IP67)表示防水透氣組件必須能夠承受對(duì)水進(jìn)行防護(hù)的量,而周?chē)h(huán)境的惡劣程度也會(huì)影響防水透氣組件在傳感器外殼上安裝的位置和方法。
在防水透氣組件的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,往往只關(guān)注組件的防水性、透氣性以及環(huán)境適應(yīng)性,忽略了實(shí)際工作條件下傳感器的自然凝露帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題。如果在傳感器設(shè)計(jì)上沒(méi)有考慮到防凝露的措施或所采取的措施不當(dāng),就會(huì)導(dǎo)致傳感器內(nèi)部有水汽凝結(jié)在電路板上,導(dǎo)致電路漏電增加或短路,嚴(yán)重時(shí)甚至?xí)?dǎo)致電路燒毀;凝露還可能造成傳感器的絕緣性能下降、漏電增大,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)飛弧和擊穿等現(xiàn)象,造成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的損傷。
經(jīng)過(guò)理論分析及大量試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:安裝防水透氣組件的壓力傳感器,內(nèi)部濕度會(huì)跟隨外部迅速變化,在凝露情況不可避免的情況下,防水透氣組件會(huì)迅速排出凝露,將凝露的量控制在比較小的范圍不影響傳感器性能;而不安裝防水透氣組件的壓力傳感器由于凝露的長(zhǎng)期累積并不外排會(huì)導(dǎo)致電路短路,對(duì)壓力傳感器的可靠性帶來(lái)巨大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。RS-422/485 scTew termination includeASCIISerial Port Isolation
